I believe the voice and singing is more than just the physical mechanics. I find what stands in our way of unlocking our voice is fear. With a gentle, fun and direct approach I help people work with their fear and sing the way they’ve always dreamed. I am your biggest cheerleader and find immense fulfillment in watching students obtain their goals.
I am kind and honest and am always raising the bar for each student based on their goals. Whether you’re training for a role on Broadway or want to wow your friends at the piano bar, let’s work together to make you feel confident and sing your heart out.
I began singing lessons as a shy 13 year old, with a beloved voiced teacher who sparked my love of singing and of musical theatre. Through her nurturing and guidance I gained the confidence and found my voice to go to Sheridan College, Canada’s most prestigious musical theatre program. Since then studied with several wonderful teachers from musical theatre to classical to pop and jazz. Through each one I’ve gained a huge toolkit of techniques. This helps me to tailor make lessons towards what each student requires based on how they learn.
